Lombard-Badenhorst Attorneys is located in Estcourt – situated in the KwaZulu -Natal Midlands. The firm’s history can be traced back to the 1900s – first when it was run by a sole practitioner, Theodore Hellet. After 1927, it was known as Hellet and De Waal and it has since been serving the community in the general practice of law.

Dirk Vercuil who joined the firm in May 2008, is the Director and is mainly responsible for litigation in general.

Sam Liebenberg who has been with the firm since 2011, is an experienced attorney dealing with wills, trusts, administration of estates, conveyancing and general commercial work.

Farhana Ismail is a Professional Assistant with the firm and is responsible for litigation and collections. Two candidate attorneys are doing their articles with the firm.
